After so many games that survivors basically "bullied" me, i am going to set my tent and camp till the game kicks me out for inactivity
Edit: What a tent, it makes the game so much easier that i think ill keep with this strat

this is a PVP game man, when you get beat, you dust yourself off, pick up your pride, and click "ready" on the next match,
But,... a little revenge camping never hurt no one, get it out your system then realize it is in YOU to get better.

I have to say, if "survivors screwing with me somehow" was some rare occurrence, I'd agree.
But since it's pretty much every match, I don't see why I should ever give them the benefit of the doubt now.
Nothing like being at rank 15 and hearing some red rank SWF who was trying to MM scum with a rank 16 crying about how, "Why didn't you let me go when I had crown?!" or something.

So you got beat by a team and now have decided to camp the next team you face because..? What, every survivor is in on the conspiracy to make your life as miserable as possible? Did I miss the memo?
Also, I said this in a previous thread and I'll say it again here, please take a break. This game clearly isn't fun for you from your posts, and it's just going to ruin everyone's experiences more if you don't. Take a couple days off, for the sake of your own health, please man. Getting angry at this game every day will only do the opposite and make you more unhappy.

You should try Civilization on Settler difficulty, Take your anger out Ghandi's. He's so nuke happy it's annoying.

Well if we are being honest the amount of toxic survivors greatly outweigh the amount of decent ones. So imo they should go to it, chances are the survivors he's camping deserved it anyways.

Funny, I usually see more killers being "toxic" than survivors.
I've said this on many threads, but please give me your survivors. I'll gladly take em from your hands so long as you take my teammates to be your survivors. Make everyone happy.

Yeah but my problem aren't the survivors, my problem is the ######### maps that they keep abusing of the ######### infinites, and since BHVR never do something i want to ######### up this game too

Okay, at least we can agree maps are awfully balanced. My point still stands on you taking a break though; please man, for your own health at this point. The game clearly isn't fun anymore for you and you're just playing it for the sake of playing it.

Already had lots of breaks, even a 2 years long one, i just wont do a lot of breaks anymore because BHVR will kill this game before i come back from another

If i take a break i wont be able to see when will bhvr destroy their game (again) so i need to appreciate these moments where the game is still a bit playable as killer

I'm glad someone else agrees- I'm currently in the middle of taking a break too because, having played every day since Lockdown started in the UK, I need it. The game wasn't doing me any favours and I was just feeling ######### every time I'd play, with friends or not.
I'm aiming for a week but I'll be more than happy with like 4 days. Recently I bought Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch Remastered and the game makes me feel so happy it's unbelievable.
Please take a break from this game if its getting too much and I mean this for everyone reading this. I promise it'll be worth it in the long run.
Keep safe, wear a mask, look after yourself. Your mental health is also really important <3

People seriously need to stop replying to people having a rough time with the game with "Just take a break". Like you don't think people have been taking breaks? They are pissed off because even after taking breaks the same ######### is still happening, because the Dev's seem to rather throw their killer's under the bus instead of balanacing the game. Players are not supposed to be forced to be tools for the other players enjoyment and that's all the Killer role is.

So the multitude of changes over the entire lifespan of the game mean the devs don't care for killers? Interesting.
Nurse and Ruin I agree were completely unjustified, same with Billy if it makes it through PTB, but I've agreed with almost every change made that remains in live to this day.
I say to take a break because I see posts from this guy HOURLY if not more saying about how ######### the game is, using profanity every other word. At that point, they need a break because this game isn't a game anymore and it isn't fun.
I've taken my fair share of breaks and they've helped. I'm speaking from my own experience because I want everyone to enjoy the game they're meant to enjoy.

One more reason why DBD needs an offline mode. There are many people that like the idea of playing killer but can't deal with the pressure/stress. Playing killer will always feel hectic to some extent (especially when you play against decent survivors).

That depends on your taste.
If you like sandbox games there's obviously Minecraft, Terraria, gmod, etc. Strategy games I could recommend you become a Chess Master, pokemon, etc. RPGs there's Ni No Kuni, Zelda, most of the games I've mentioned above. You're a massive horror fan instead? Try To Fall Alseep is one of the scariest games I've played in a while, and Amnesia remains a cult classic.
Or just play Civ V lol.

Minecraft and terraria were one of these games i were playing, I kinda like strategy games but more on World of Warcraft and Command and Conquer type, i am not much of a RPG type, also, i already played so much Civ VI that i got bored

They fixed things that were never supposed to be in the game in the first place. Of which only got fixed becasue literally a majority of their killer playerbase up and left when they finally had enough. It doesn't stop the SWF's, and the abuse Killer's get from the players. They also didn't change the emblem system / point system to make the role feel more rewarding.
They are trying to pump out new Killer's as fast as a possible to keep players coming in to play Killer, and then leave - just to barely keep the game stable. The reason you don't see red rank killer's as a red rank survivor is because all the red rank killer's stop playing when they hit 4. The reason you face so many yellow/green rank is because they are the only ones playing Killer left, new players that are just getting a taste of how awful it is to play this role.

It's significantly easier to ruin survivors games than it is to ruin a killers game, the fact that you claim to be an OG player but are making posts like this really says something, you should play something that doesn't upset you, this is just silly.
Far too many "I'm going to ruin survivors games posts", when you probably played badly, got beat and are now going to take it out on another set of random survivors, lmao.

No, it's really not.
A killers game is ruined via the toxic t-bagging & flashlight flicking, which has zero in-game impact, if a survivor is able to flashlight flick and t-bag you while running you, you simply weren't good enough to beat them, and they would have looped you just as hard without t-bagging and flashlight flicking, strongest thing survivor have is keys which if used implied the majority of the objective is done for it to be used or 2/3 survivors are dead.
Survivors games can be ruined by a killer literally downing them and standing next to their hook, or insta mori' off hook, or slugging and letting everyone bleed out.
Killers have a significant more amount of tools to grief survivors than survivors do to grief killers.

If you camp those next survivors, then they will go in to the next map and be as toxic as ever to the next killer, and then that killer will go into the next match with iri head, ebony mori and noed.
The cycle is never ending and it is unhealthy for the game

Litlerally the dude got banned for putting out his terrible experience. This is more than enough proof the dev's amount of care for the Killer's experience in this game. Either you glued your tin hat too strong to your head, or you don't play Killer enough to even understand how god awful it is for someone who just wants to play this game casually as a Killer main.

1) we don't know why he got banned unless he told you privately since you can't discuss punishments on these forums.
2) I have a feeling that posting about your experience and posting several threads an hour laden with profanity saying about how much they hated the game are two different things. Several threads an hour. That violates forum rules.
3) I don't play enough killer? My bad, didn't realise streaming several hours of killer gameplay daily (until I took a break) and being rank 1 meant I didn't play enough, sorry.
I never said this game was perfect, I said the devs were trying. I never said it was great, I said that gave a #########.

Where's the proof they give a care? They do changes only when they need to keep Killer's, because they know they need them. Not to satisfy them, or enough to make the role fun. The big recent changes only happened because after the Ruin update there was nothing but a stream of Killer players leaving, including big name youtubers/streamers. They are even nerfing a Killer who isn't even strong, because he's difficult for newer players to play next. Instead of realizing it's one of the few killers that can even beat an average player. It's just a little too obvious if you ask me, or I never should of gone to buisness school.
