Sloppy Butcher has been broken for a year

Sloppy butcher causes high latency and frame drops on console (idk if it does this on pc). Upon being hit by the killers basic attack, sloppy drops your frames completely causing you to sprint into objects etc and it also causes your collision box to be 2 seconds behind you allowing killers to get hits that seem impossible. Crossplay is coming and if pc killers are hitting console survivors with sloppy making effects stated above happen the community will be 10x worse. Devs please fix this as I stated in the title its been this way for over a year now. There are plenty of discussions about this on the forums if you need more evidence. Please upvote this so it can get to the devs attention.
