Ghost Face Crouch Speed?

Is the killer slowed down while in crouch mode? If so, does anyone know the exact speed?

  Ghostface is slowed down by crouching and/or in stealth mode I don't know the exact numbers but it doesn't effect him much i would guess about -5 to -10% for crouching and -5% for being in stealth mode

  Ghost Face moves at 90% while crouched, his normal move speed is 115%, doesn't matter if in stealth or not.
