If you don't want to play, then don't

I can understand with someone having a problem with the game, that's okay, but if you just don't want to play, don't cry at the forums about how "killers/survivors are underpowered, its not fair" and how "you are going to quit the game and we should too". If you think the game has a problem feel free to share that but don't pick the "I'm quiting" route, just tell your problem.

If you rage after you lose a trial, you should at least take a break. It'll help you understand your mistakes and what is in your control and what is not. If you just keep playing and keep raging, it'll just hurt you mentally. If this is the case for you, you should take a break or just don't play the game again.

Yep, it's attention seeking to the highest order. Its easier to just put the controller down. Turn off the computer and breathe. Rather than a self centred posy on 'why I'm quitting' the Devs won't instantly change the game as someone isn't happy, as if that was the case the game would be getting patched every day. Mulyltiplayer games always breed this toxic view of 'I'm not winning every game its not fair' and the game is 4 v 1 so it's obviously going to be aimed at the majority of the player base. If people hate playing Killer they should play survivor or just chill out.

So people like to vent and communicate with a community on a forum where we discuss every general idea/change/complaint about DbD. Sounds terrible, let’s just shut this place down, I don’t like seeing people share opinions, especially since this game is so old and obviously everyone started playing the same time I did so it’s all old discussions that have been talked to death~

What part of "If you think the game has a problem feel free to share that but don't pick the "I'm quiting" route, just tell your problem." didn't you understand, then ?

I enjoy checking back on the profiles of people who post about quitting, and seeing them with new posts and comments about their recent matches a few days later. :)

You also said “don't cry at the forums about how "killers/survivors are underpowered, its not fair" and how "you are going to quit the game and we should too".

Suggesting to instead not play the game if you cannot handle rage for your own mental health.

MY POST, was a response that you shouldn’t control or shut down a discussion because that’s how ‘you’ feel. Let them vent, maybe that ALSO would be good for their mental health.

I guess since you didn’t understand or comprehend what I was trying to say to you, next time I’ll just say “you didn’t read my post”.

I quit whining about the game about a week ago. I play on an average level now and chill during my matches. This has been much better for my mental health, and I don't care about balance really anymore. If you chill and don't take the game seriously, you will have much more fun.

I'm not controlling a discussion, I'm saying its stupid to have that kind of discussion since if you are going to quit, why do you tell us that ? If you have a problem about balance, you shouldn't open it up by saying "I'm quitting". Just have the argument, thats okay.

Edit : Just having a break would be much better for your skill since you would think about your mistakes (I'm talking from experience here) and it would be helpful for your mental health.

Yeah great, you started a discussion and expressed your opinion and so did I. Hurray us. I only came back to make my stance clear to you since you decided that I just don’t read posts and must just post randomly, which was unfair to me.

Sometimes people just need to vent. When they do, it's usually not going to be in a calm and rational manner. I was so damn tired of the tunneling killers I had last night I nearly had my own rant post last night.
