Was Survivors screaming from MYC always a thing?

Or is it added along with the description?

Or was it added before now, but somewhere after it came out?

Or were they always screaming, but now you'll know as Killer besides seeing the Perk start the timer?

I get that this note says it just adds it in the description, but that's not the only thing i want to know.


Sorry if it's an obvious thing to you, it's just that i've barely ever face MYC as Survivor, and as Killer i guess i never heard it, or i did but didn't pay attention to it.

I mostly listen for the unhook-explosion noise & if the timer started.


Anyway, if you can help me understand MYC: Awesome!

    They always made a yelping noise like they were in pain (general way for the unhooked person to know their saver is exposed is that they sounded like they were in more pain than the person getting off the hook), but it didn't make a notification since the unhook notification was there. Personally I wouldn't call it a scream, more of a "they feel like they just got hit" sound cue.

    Survivors always screamed from Make Your Choice. Kinda surprised you didn't knew that.

    Like mentioned: I barely ever see this Perk, and i'm not an altruistic man in general in this game, since others usually rush over to them before i even try.

    Question about this....aren't I, as the killer, supposed to hear them scream? or see their flash like when someone screams from the doctor's madness? Also, i thought there was a sound notification when MYC was triggered like the sound when you gain a token.
