Why do some survivors hate Legion?
I play on PS4 in the Red ranks and whenever I play Legion I seem to just get non stop messages calling him a boring killer or to play another killer because they hate Legion. Why do so many people seem to hate him he's one of the weakest killers in the game and rather easy to counter I have nothing but fun games against him when I play Survivor. Can anyone tell me why so many people hate him?

It's probably because he's annoying, to be honest. He's not even a great killer. He just drags the matches on with constant mending etc. It gets kind of boring.

Had one match where I caught 3 people self caring next too each other funniest thing I've ever seen

New Legion, I'm starting to think it's because I catch so many of them self caring instead of doing gens just wasting time when you can null it almost instantly they never seem to learn

I get that mending can be annoying but the amount of time they choose to waste self caring or healing is on them not on the killer

1. Team mates using selfcare against Legion
2. Legions doing a 3 gen hostage builds
Reason 1 + 2 and the whole team will die after 40 min

Imagine the next killer released cannot kill a single survivor, ever, but survivors have to non-stop heal every moment or they are put into dying state until they bleed out. Survivors cannot complain right? The killer's too weak for there to be any complaints, right?

Most good survivors don't heal against a Legion unless they have Thana. Which many do.
Therefore, it's not a waste of time. They actually SAVE time by fully healing if the Legion has thana.

I don't like legion because s/he is annoying but I rather face them than ghostface or deathslinger. I don't message the killer to complain though. I imagine a lot of people have at least one killer they dislike going against.

I don’t find Legion intimidating, but rather more annoying like a mosquito you wanna swat away.
Secondly, the deep wound is super annoying and I hate mending and healing all match.

The constant mending gets old. But more than anything I'd say it's how scummy most Legion's play. They're usually very hard tunneling proxy campers.

Legion is like Plague, but without the interesting bit. They both don't have much to help them in a chase and you're constantly injured, but that's it with legion. You don't have anything else unlike plague who has her corrupt purge that can really shift the pace of a match. They're also a really boring design. Bunch of edgy teens with knives and a mask. How fascinating.

Deep wound and the screen turning dark can get irritating when playing against Legion, but that's all I can think of. Honestly, if you're getting salt and aren't hacking or face camping, you're probably doing it right.

That's basically it, they're just really annoying and his Frenzy is difficult to counter because it's like 360ing a experienced killer. Might work, might not, but either way, you're mending and staying injured all game.
Not saying they need a nerf, but to show you why survivors find them annoying — it's mending simulator. However, I'm optimistic that the developers are going to change them and it's going to be really exciting to see this happen! 😊

Playing against Legion is as much fun as watching paint dry. There’s not much you can do against his frenzy, and you’re either forced to hold M1 all game healing:mending or just play 1hit all game against a big standard killer. Add to the fact that most legions run mangled, thana and ruin and you’re just holding m1 eternally as your gen progress resets. Hes awful, absolutely awful. I see more hook suicides against legion than any other killer

I don't think people think he's boring cause he's strong (I doubt anyone think he's strong), but I find him boring to go against, cause he adds even more M1 holding to the game.
Holding M1 is probably the most boring part about the game and Legion just adds more of it to the game. There is not much you can do when they're in Frenzy. Also they are really good against new players that like to heal. When I solo queue I notice survivors like to get healed after mending, then get hit by frenzy, mend and heal again, rinse and repeat. Which basically means they're not doing gens cause they heal against a killer that can injure you with very little counterplay.
Edit: Try to be in Deep Wound in the underground of The Game, Yamaoka or in Midwich and you won't be able to see anything

Personally I don’t hate playing against Legion because I don’t care if I’m injured, so I just don’t heal all game. But when your teammates constantly do stuff like throw down pallets against a Legion in frenzy, Self Care every time they get injured, and go down after a 5 second chase because there are no pallets left since they wasted them all and they don’t know how to loop windows... blah. They’re just kind of boring matches to be honest. Either you have a team of pepegas and no gens ever get done, or your team knows how to beat Legion and you rush the gens in 4 minutes. Not very fun either way. At least most other killers have a more interactive power.

Play Legion every day and do not care what survivors say.
Make them mend eternal.
One day we will have our revenge and Devs will buff him to be able to down survivors again with our power, have faith Legions, we are many.

Legion is the very definition of tedious. Just a series of chase and mend over and over. A root canal would be more engaging than a Legion match.

Legions and face camping bubbas are the most boring matches to play in. Give me a T1 myers or hag with 200 traps down any day of the week

Honestly it's just annoying. Especially a legion with ruin on a map that you can't find the totem. He is too weak to just kill you quickly and ends up just dragging a game on forever. I'd rather just get pummeled by a god nurse or something than spend an entire game mending. It's boring as hell.

The reason most people don’t like playing against Legion is the same reason as Doctor. It’s their ability to counter stealth. And unlike Doctor, hiding in a locker doesn’t work with Legion. They’ll still see you with frenzy. Plus it’s the constant having to mend over and over and almost every Legion (myself included) will run Thanataphobia to encourage healing which isn’t something people recommend whilst playing against them.

There's no interactivity. He come hit you, then he switch to your teammate. You get off your generator of course he have ruins and thana, you mend. You get back to your generator. He come back hit you. Not saying he is OP. He's just very boring to play against. Especially when you have teammate that self care because they are scared to be injured. Basically when you play against legion it's just more time pressing m1 and less time actually juking the killer.

Which is why I have faith one day he will be changed again to some form of downing ability. Devs made him the way he is now because survivors were complaining. Now that he cannot down someone using his ability makes him even worse, and survivors still complain, so as time goes, one day,.... he will get his down ability back.
The addition of the 4 second stun also makes him not as viable, removing that would make his ability to down people better. As of now he gets blinded and 4 second stun when coming out of ability, that is overkill and everyone knows it.

They always get a free hit on everyone thanks to the heartbeat aura. There’s no “stunning him out of power” when they easily respect pallets and vault them. You’re not going to outrun them in their power so might as well turn around and let them hit you so they can go find the next person. (This is just what I do now to get it over with)
It’s just mending 90% of the game while they have every slow down perk known to man so gens will never be completed and no one can heal.
Not to mention every red rank Legion I encounter loves to tunnel off hook and use their power for a free hit, cancel power, down. You can say “but 4 second stun!1!1!1” but it’s still beyond obnoxious to be hit free and then have a Legion do that. I’ve also had Legion bodyblock me during their stun so the four seconds become obsolete.
My proposed change? Make it where hitting someone with power doesn’t drop a health state - it just puts you in mending. (inb4 angry Legion defenders)

Because when they're deep sounded and have to mend, survivors can't genrush as they wish lol

I would just change the visual dark effect of the deep wound cause i cant see anything with it
