Perk, Addon, & Cosmetic presets

In the cosmetics section of the character select screen, preset cosmetics are available to swap all pieces of a cosmetic set to your character simultaneously.

How difficult would it be to allow these slots to be customizable so I can automatically swap between my favorite outfit combinations on various characters?

Then, how difficult would it be to apply that system to work with perks and possibly items and addons?
