A perk worse than monstrous shrine

I just realized that forced penance is even worse. At least monstrous shrine doesnt have a cooldown, what's the point of this perk?


If somebody blocks for somebody else and gets broken I'll go after them and down them anyways, then the perk only will last an additional 40 sec.


Ontop of that the perk has a damn COOLDOWN

    Well...Forced Penance isn’t limited to the basement and I have actually done some fun stuff with Mad Grit and Forced Penance

    I present to you, MindBreaker and Cruel Limits. Both arguably worse than Monstrous Shrine.




    also if you wanna look at useless add-ons, look at Legion. Frank's Mixtape, Stab Wound Study and all of the add-ons that give you a larger Killer Instinct range are useless and I have never seen anyone run them.

    If you wanna talk totally useless perks though, I nominate Predator. It's good for nothing except occasionally making it harder to track people.
