    Oh well, devs are always trying to hide behind these words. Remember when they called nurse nerf "slightly"? Apparently slightly enough to make 90% of the nurse mains drop her.

    At least Nurse is still nearly as strong as before in the right hands, since the blink recharge will not bother you much if your blinks are on point. But THIS Billy change ... it does not make playing Billy more skillful, it's straight out hindering him, without compensation.

    I was on the team "lets see ptb first before complaining", because I was sure it wouldn't be so bad (similar to the nurse nerf, which I found totally acceptable). But seeing how they slaughtered BIllies kit AND his good addons, I'm genuinely shocked how the dev can think this is an ok adjustment!
