Getting Adept is so stressful

Okay did you make a long story short I finally get my first at depth today. I've been playing killer and this game ever since it came out on PlayStation 4. If you're turned off by the fact that I play console you have a problem but getting back on topic.

I decided to go down the line since it's double blood Point weekend so I don't really lose that much if I lose a very valuable add-on or offering. I decided to go with Trapper and has you all know that wasn't easy I had to place myself on the map the game just to have a fair chance.

Someone explain to me why it is I catch a stroke whenever I play killer and try to get an achievement but when I play Survivor I might as well be watching a documentary.

Killers are harder in general, you don't have other player's help.

    Which killer?

Some adepts killers are more difficult then the others.

Edit: rip didn't see where you said you played trapper. Yeah I heard he's quite difficult to get adept.

Getting the Adept Myers either one is a royal pain.

Just try to please the entity. This is all that matters. This is all that ever mattered.

I hope I don’t sound jerky but I’m a PS4 user too and I haven’t had too much difficulty with the adepts I’ve gotten so far.

    Killers:

    Trapper
    Hag
    Doctor
    Myers

    Survivors:

    Claudette
    Nea
    Jake

Trapper was the first one I got and honestly I didn’t do anything special. I guess I would say a tip for AT would be to just think like a survivor when placing traps. Where would you least suspect a trap to be? Where would you path to avoid the killer? Where would you absolutely hate for a trap to be?

It’s really handy to put traps in hard to see places, after pallets, and on the other side of a vault point.

Also remember you CAN use offerings AND add ons and STILL get the adept achievements. At least with killers. And if survivors dc on you, don’t worry, your job actually just got easier because they count as elims.

Honestly I got all my Adept killer trophies when I was in the low ranks. I would’ve NEVER gotten the Adept Nurse trophy if I wasn’t Rank 18 killer. It didn’t take more than a few games for most of the Adept trophies. Some are easier than others. Use whatever offerings or add-ons you have to your advantage. I used the Game or Hospital map offering for some of the killers to make it a little easier on me.

I found all of the adept killer trophies easy. The best thing you can do is not camp, as if you do you will probably get gen rushed. Also if your not good at using a killers ability, for example the nurses blink, just don’t use it. You’ll be more successful that way.
