Do your balance team ever play bubba before?

He already is one of the arguable weakest killer in the game.

And you still put a charge on him

In return he got a 0.23m/s max speed buff (DPYF give you 0.2 per ticket)

and today with the PTB coming

we can see all of his useful add-on change to garbage or toy add-on.
