Billy and Bubba mains.
If you have tried out the Ptb, how much was he changed. Weaker, kinda the same, or better? I don't play Billy and will not be able to test out the Ptb. As for Bubba as well. How has he changed?

But oni also has better mobility, can hit multiple survivors at once and his power grants him information, that there was an injured survivor...

Only reasonable issue I hear about Billy is that his overheating charges up too fast. Ignoring all the other toxic people, that's the only thing I can conclude on. I've only heard of Bubba being buffed in a good way.

Bubba is really strong, Billy got killed judt like nurse. Gj on bubba BHVR.

Bubba is pretty strong. I absolutely love this rework.
Billy is dead and will end up like Nurse and no one will ever play him
Addon rework unfortunately sucks... Insta saw isn't fun and it was unbalanced. I agree. But what's the point in completely deleting the charge time decrease addons or giving them ridiculous downsides?
