Billy and Bubba mains.
If you have tried out the Ptb, how much was he changed. Weaker, kinda the same, or better? I don't play Billy and will not be able to test out the Ptb. As for Bubba as well. How has he changed?

Only reasonable issue I hear about Billy is that his overheating charges up too fast. Ignoring all the other toxic people, that's the only thing I can conclude on. I've only heard of Bubba being buffed in a good way.

Billy is dead and will end up like Nurse and no one will ever play him
Addon rework unfortunately sucks... Insta saw isn't fun and it was unbalanced. I agree. But what's the point in completely deleting the charge time decrease addons or giving them ridiculous downsides?
