Can you get banned for unlocking the 62 fps cap?

Some ppl are saying you can, some ppl are saying you cant get banned.

Any form of modification to game files can potentially trigger EAC and result in a ban. I think this is a gray area where the devs will only say "do it at your own risk" and wont reverse a ban if you get nailed. Similar to other minor mods like coloured perks.0
