Unable to claim 4th anniversary crowns

I cannot get the anniversary crown after finishing a killer game even though I collected the crown in the trial, this also applies to survivor when I escape
Characters used: Hilbilly, Jeff
I also tried to do it with no cosmetics as I thought maybe they were conflicting but that didnt work either

I also can't get the crowns for survivors. I tried getting them for Nea and Claudette two times for each of them and it still didn't work. I even tried to put on the original clothes for both and still it didn't work.
