    You must be joking. Clown is the most oppressive killer in the game. He should have a 40 second cooldown between bottle reloads because he has to go back to the clown lab and mix up another batch of tonic. And he needs his basespeed reduced to 50% so he can chase survivors around on a tiny unicycle. THEN he will be the most balanced killer

    New clown nerfs, we found that he is performing just as intended. As such the clown will now have a 45 second recharge time on his bottles as he makes the chloroform for his bottles.

    Tbh I don’t think Clown is as bad as people say they are.

    He’s far from the best but he is certainly far from garbage; the removal of slowdown while throwing did wonders for him.

    That being said, he could still use a buff
