Jigsaw box skill checks

This is basically going to be one of two posts that I'm going to do but this one is pretty much the skill checks do jigsaw boxes work with.

Huntress lullaby

Why is huntress lullaby incompatible with jigsaw boxes I can understand why third seal doesn't work which I'll explain more in my other post.

With huntress lullaby not working on jigsaw boxes makes absolutely no sense it's not universally broken and skill checks can still be hit even at 5 stacks not to mention the perk itself can be destroyed. It will also give great synergy with the skill check add-ons you guys have which in their current state does nothing about the punish noobs.

Is very little to no synergy with the actual way that jigsaw boxes work. Adding a little bit more synergy will actually make it so Pig player can do builds more focused on a jigsaw boxes as well as being more strategic with how they place traps.

Skill check add-ons

Interlocking Razors, Razor Wire and Workshop Grease.

These 3 add-ons share one common trend and they are incredibly bad against anyone who is basically competent with skill checks and they only served to really punish new players who eventually hit the stage where it does it become a problem.

Interlocking Razors punishes people who mess up skill checks however the skill checks are so unbelievably easy to hit with no way of making them harder that you're never going to really punish anybody.

Both Razor Wire and Workshop Grease do nothing more can give survivors more attempts to get greats which effectively makes getting the trap off a lot easier and quicker.

Well I don't think these add-on need a massive rework but there definitely needs to be something in place to make the skill checks more challenging whether that be the capability to run a build that does or reworking how jigsaw boxes skill checks work in general to add challenge.

I don't think skill checks are that hard to do for the average DBD player. I think The box should have some other form of testing the player.

Like imagine a actual puzzle they have to do to get the key or even damage the survivor in the process of getting the key? Cause if i know jigsaw, he won't be giving you the escape without you losing two pounds of flesh in the process.

You know what's even worse about the box skill checks, especially with the add-ons? They still give GREAT skill checks! They actually help experienced players get them off faster!

If they made the skill checks actually silent from the beginning or even harder than a DS check, then maybe she could be somewhat scary.

Necessary thing though is to just remove the Great result. They're just too beneficial for survivors.

This usually isn't the first time I've brought up the problems with the Jigsaw box skill checks but anytime any pig player does they usually get shouted out about how the bear traps aren't meant to kill completely ignoring the fact that that's not what we're asking for.

We're actually asking for them to be afraid that might make survivors worried about if a generator pops not something that survivors can just casually finish a gen whilst they have a reverse bear trap on their head and then go take care of it

    Oh, believe me. I know.

Even as a Pig main, I still yell at people over her trap's "lethality".

I bring it up here because there is no fear from having a trap. It's a temporary inconvenience. I'm actually going to go through each add-on and fix them. I mean, except of course the Dash, Gears and Timer. The good ones. Everything else will have a change.
