It's the 12th of the month - DC day!
It's great fun playing on the 12th, many more people DC for no reason or suicide on their first hook. I don't even have to tunnel or camp!
Everybody is trying to drop to rank 5 before tomorrow.
This never used to happen with the old rank reset. I'm not sure what improvements they think they are getting from the current rank reset but there is hardly any point survivors playing seriously today.

Its kind of pointless with how matchmaking works now

I think that's a bug with the ranks. There's no chance of a Rank 20 with 4 purple perks unless the haven't played the game is 36 months

Honestly though, I just don't see how Rank matters. The gameplay is the same through and through. I thought I reached rank 8 it would be different but I dont see the point worrying about rank higher or lower than where I was. Getting good and bad games with whatever rank.

I think you have trumped every screen shot complaining about matchmaking with a perfect rank 1 vs four rank 20s!
That is, until someone posts one where they were the rank 1 killer and they LOST to the four rank 20s!

now that DC penalty have been removed on PC, the issue just get bigger.

well i'm tracking how fast i can down survivor then dc with killer and now i'm rank 6 from 1

Doesn't really mean anything. I've played games where I'm like "No way are these guys Red Rank. This is probably bad matchmaking. Time to play nice with the noobs" only to discover... yep, they're all rank 1.

If you do it over and over again can’t you still get reported? Or are those bans gone too? I wondered because at least 1 person DCs every game

Had a game as Plague at rank 2 against a team of R1-R3's the other night, on the Thompsons house, and 3 survivors DC'd. I may be decent as Plague in the high ranks, but I went in fully expecting to lose that match because: Plague. Who DC's against Plague in the high ranks? These jokers started to DC only 2 mins into the match... just Why? I guess now I know, thanks OP for clearing that up for me.
