No point in Reporting
I see no use of the ingame report actions, people clearly cheat, farm points etc. and nothing happens*edit* i state this because the report options are pointless
on ps4,there is no upload option in game.there is no point in having it on ps4 if you have to upload a video then post it on a forum.so therefore the report option are useless

Do you also upload evidence to support to complete the report or do you just use the in-game system? Bhvr doesn't ban on report alone except in the example of chat abuse. Have evidence of their cheating and submit it to Bhvr Support (by submitting a support ticket under Additional Player Report Information).
Edit: Also farming isn't bannable.

You can indeed record evidence and then upload it as a clip to then provide that link to support as a ticket.

set clip settings to 30mins, download sharefactory (free), when something suspicious happens hit the share button, followed by "clip". When you are out of that specific match, go to the share factory, and trim down the clip, to just the match itself (So the devs dont have to sift through unnecessary film). There you go, you have a clip.

[ x ] Doubt
Video evidence either doesn't get watched at all or only ~10 seconds of it according to the Youtube statistics of videos used in my reports.

According to the people who have been banned because of me submitting evicence & me checking their profiles then I'd love to doubt you there man.

Reporting definitely does something IF what you are reporting is a bannable offence AND IF you provide enough evidence.
Video evidence sent to Support is pretty much mandatory for anything related to cheating in game.

You perform an in-game report. You then file a support ticket.
This support ticket needs to contain the necessary information, including the recorded evidence.
The in-game report is to flag it to BHVRs attention. The additional report is to provide the evidence. There is a reason for it existing.

@tokenstreamer first of all I suggest not shouting at everyone on this thread that is trying to help you!
Secondly, the report button on PS4 is exactly the same as the report button on PC - it's there for a specific purpose and that is to show that the match took place, which is why we say it's mandatory in all cases. Then the video evidence needs to be sent to support because this cannot be uploaded in the report area on the game - nor would we want players to wait all the time for the video to process whilst waiting on that section of the game.

I had a killer admit to cheating in the post-game chat, is that sort of thing recorded by BHVR? I reported him after the game.

I think you've entirely missed the point where I told you that the report button on the game is there to show that the match took place - this is the same on all platforms and is certainly not useless and in fact we cannot accept reports to Support without this being used, hence the word mandatory!
