Should Gravity Falls be in DBD.
Please write why?

Business wise this would be good for both Disney & BHVR.For BHVR a'lot of people will definitely buy the chapter.For Disney it would catch the online news attention,& reignite even more people to watch gravity falls which means more Disney + sales.

I love Gravity Falls, I really do. However, at the end of the day, I just don't think it would fit well personally.

Meh, Gravity Falls doesn't really have any baddies that could fit as Killers. Stanford could make a good survivor, but I'm honestly tired of characters that fight demons and gods for a living get cucked by the entity "because lore"

Think about like this gravity falls is a show about mystery & the entity is being that is known very little about.It could be connected by when Stanford & Stan went to expedition they got consumed by the fog & Stanford wants to know more about the entity.

As much as I hate hearing this argument for stuff like FNAF, its a kids show man. The tone and aesthetic are basically polar opposites. It got 2 seasons and a few books and nothing else. It just wouldn't work.

Stranger Things target audience is 18-40 year olds. The under 18 audience is only a fraction of the demographic.

Stranger Things isnt just for teens. Adults get into it too. Tge aesthetic speaks to our childhood for nostalgia and we identify with the adults. Hooper is THE MAN!

Any franchise targeted to kids should not be in DBD. If you add a dlc from something targeted to kids to an adult game the parents groups would be all over it demanding they make the game kid friendly. Right now, even if kids are playing the game, DBD has the defense they shouldn't be because it's an adult game with DLC from adult franchises. The moment they add something from kids franchise they lose that defense. DBD does not need to waste their time on unnecessary drama like that.
Instead of wanting to add kid franchises aim for original content that is influenced by the character you like. It gives DBD more freedom over lore, cosmetics, design, etc. It could be bought with iridescent shards instead of auric cells. It also could end up in the archives. And the best part - keeps parents groups from trying to screw things up.

Think about like this gravity falls is 8 years old.They fans would have grown up most would probably be teens & a'lot of teens play this game & also they would try to Market The GF to those Older Fan & "A Kid" buying this game would definitely be on the Parents fault.

I already did but I'll explain again. The tone and aesthetic are polar opposites. Gravity Falls is a bright cartoon, DBD is a gritty realistic game. They just don't work well together.

It doesn't matter if the fan base has grown up, it's still targeted to kids and new kids are starting to watch the show thanks to streaming services. The "well the original fans grew up" or "adults like it too" doesn't matter when the target audience is kids. Parents groups also love to lay blame everywhere but on the parents, which is why they push to make things kid friendly.

I think FNaF would be cool to see in DbD, and as much as I like Gravity Falls, I don't think it would fit. Feel free to think otherwise, and I'm not here to say you shouldn't. It's just my personal preference.

Sure, they could. But would it feel like them? Would you think "Yeah this is definitely gravity falls" When you see deathslinger shoot a harpoon through redesigned Stans mouth? How about when the entity impales his entire body and carries him off into the void? I don't think they would feel even remotely the same.

Not at all, if you have to change a core value of a characters design to make them fit then perhaps you should reconsider putting them in.

Sesame Street sued Happy Time Murders for using the slogan "No Sesame. All Street." because they did not want to be associated with it. The judge ruled that "No Sesame" was enough to distinguish it was not a Sesame Street movie... but based on your comment obviously that was the wrong ruling.

I don’t watch or know the show well enough to judge or care. I’ll just be disappointed it’s not a franchise I personally care for and move on (like an adult). Much like when the introduced Stranger Things. I don’t resonate with that chapter at all, still didn’t try to shut it down or stop myself from buying and enjoying the chapter.
if this is ‘your FNAF’ then live your dream buddy. I hope they add this chapter one day~

I so agree with everyone that says that stranger things is for like the 40 somethings. Just like how clown and his scary elephant costume and legion with his horrific bunny costume are for a mature audience.
Being serious, I think that the developers should not limit themselves to things that are conventionally considered to be horror.
I remember some people mentioned here not long ago about some elements of Japanese anime horror being in a survey, I did not take the survey so I wouldn't know however I wouldn't oppose something new and out of the box being introduced.
In my experience, when things are limited and set with so much constraints it makes things go dull/ stale very fast. That's just what I think.
