Can't get the Evil Incarnate achievement because of toxic survivors
I finally decided to try for this achievement, & boy does no one want me to have it. I had a match where I was pretty close to getting it. One of the survivors decided to hop in a locker, so I stood in front of it for a second seeing if they would get out for me. But no they just decide to DC while in there so I couldn't get it whatsoever that match. Another match got down to the Endgame Collapse & the last person decided to hide elsewhere in the map & wait out the timer. At least DCs shouldn't negate achieving this because it's super unfair how someone else can deny my achievement so easily & cheaply. It's already hard enough to achieve with gen rush being a thing, now it's practically impossible since survivors decide to be toxic & deny your achievement by leaving the match.

Honestly just brute force it. Just keep doing it until you get it. That's how I got it at least.
Thry should just change the achievement to give it to you if you kill all survivors while using those two addons. That way you can still get it if they get in a locker or if they dc.

That sucks :(
I'm not sure what else I can really say. There's not a whole lot you can do about it unfortunately. Even with the penalties (especially right now with how many of these Ghastly Gateau Cakes we get and how many BP a DCing survivor leaves on the table), there are just people who are going to be jerks about their loss. Sucks but all you can do is keep trying and hope that a team you wipe out isn't a bunch of childish babies.

It only took me like 4 - 8 tries I think. I obviously got pretty lucky considering a nightmare it is for most people.
I did it against green ranks who didn't really know what they were doing so it was pretty easy fortunately no body DC

TLDR: Why won't survivors let me kill them the way I want to?

Even though if you shut the hatch and are on them they are dead either way so jumping into a lockers just doing it on purpose and makes you look like a ######### for lack of a better term.

Can't do anything about the DC, but you can run perks like Pop and Ruin to slow down gen rushing at least. And maybe if you see four toolboxes, just take a break from trying for a game, get some dailies done.

If a tombstone Myers is chasing me I will jump in a locker every time. If I don't I'm dead. And why would I give the killer the satisfaction of killing me that way? I's a pretty cheap kill. A survivor can basically get hit one time in the match and be dead. Tell me how that is fair in any way and why a survivor shouldn't do every thing they can to stop that from happening.

Hell if Im surv and see this addon combo in play, Ill willingly die for the killers achievement. Its so much of a pain to get.

@darwinsbrain Have you tried using both? Takes FOREVER to get to Tier 3 unless they just stand there.

they should just change the achievement no survivor going let it happen try normally is nuts.

And? So a survivor should take a 1 hit kill? Jumping in a locker is about the only chance a survivor has to counter it.

@darwinsbrain Never said that. I said its hard to get to Tier 3 so it's not an easy kill unless survivor's just stand there.

I've never tried for this achievement for this reason.

I played a lot of difficult games without using any easy games to get to 100,000 gamerscore when 360 was popular and I was much younger. I'm approaching 30 now and I stopped caring about stuff like that cause of more responsibilities and less gaming time. I ended up selling my Xbox to opt for Switch cause Switch is better for short game times. I'm not saying you don't have responsibilities, I'm just saying that they are pointless at the end of the day. Just play the game and enjoy it. A bonus about Switch is that there aren't any trophies or achievements or a messaging system. Just good old gaming.

I'm pretty sure they were being sarcastic, but thanks for understanding my pain XD
Yeah my build for it currently is Ruin, Corrupt, PWYF, & Whispers. I feel that's the best build to make sure you can get this challenge done. My only hurdle is the survivors not wanting to cooperate lol.

Not much you can do about survivors dcing. Youll get it eventually took me a few tries too.
I used nemesis, pwyf, discordance and whispers if that helps at all. Youll get 3 stacks of pwyf pretty quick, discordance helps you know where to go so you can soak up the evil quicker, whispers helps with the last person

I think the achievement is fine where it is. I'd question what perks are being used. Anything that boosts speed is highly recommended from my point of view. I remember when I did it I ran Play With Your Food and NOED (for the +4%). I forget the other two perks but ideally you will not be hooking a survivor so no BBQ or PGTW.

I know of someone having exactly the same issue. It's highly frustrating and the survivors act out of pure spite. Often they know you're going for that achievement and will taunt in the post game chat.
Luckily for me, I got the trophy on PS4 on my third attempt: first time got a d/c and second time the final survivor got the hatch.
But don't worry: if you are Michael as often as possible (with the needed add-ons), you'll eventually get it.
-Use the Judith's Tomestone and Fragrant Tuft add-ons together if possible.
Good perks to slow down the match and level up:
-Corrupt Intervention
-Monitor and Abuse
-Surveillance
-Ruin
Keep going 👍
