Yet Another Legion Addons Rework :)
Okay but before i start i want to make it clear. These changes were made with recent addon reworks in mind (Nurse, Hillbilly, Doctor, Bubba) Where they rework addons while also touching a little bit of power and perks that need treatment. And with that out of the way:
Base Power changes:
Deep Wound Timer: 30s -> 20s
Frenzy Recharge: 20s -> 15s
Frenzy Fatigue: 4s -> 3s
Feral Frenzy doesn't deplete on successful basic attack hits
Feral Frenzy doesn't deplete upon picking up a survivor while using the power
Feral Frenzy doesn't deplete while performing actions like damaging a generator, searching a locker
Feral Frenzy now recharges during the fatigue
The Legion can now see Blood Pools during Feral Frenzy
The Legion can now interrupt survivors during Feral Frenzy
The Legion can use Feral Frenzy from 50% Power Gauge and above
Inflicting Deep Wounds on an already injured survivor will cause Moderate (-50% / -10s) Deep Wounds Damage
Perk Changes:
Iron Maiden:
You open lockers 50% faster.
Whenever a Survivor enters a locker, call upon The Entity to block that locker for (10 / 12 / 14) seconds.
During that time, you move 5% faster.
After the trapped survivor exits a locker or you grab the survivor out of a locker, Iron Maiden enters a 20 seconds cooldown.
Addon Changes:
Common Addons:
Smiley Face Pin: Feral Slash counts as a basic attack.
Instead of applying Status Effects, Smiley Pin, Defaced Pin and Legion Pin will bring certain parts of Old Legion's kit back.
Scratched Ruler: Slightly (-2s) decreases Feral Frenzy recovery time.
Stays the same as the 2.4.0 one.
Mischief List: Slightly (+1s, was +0.8s) increases Feral Frenzy duration.
A minor buff to reduce the amount of situations where Feral Frenzy ends as you're about to hit someone.
Friendship Bracelet: Slightly (+2.5% / + 0.1mps) increases Feral Frenzy movement speed.
The removal of speed addons would make more sense with the old Legion. Makes the most sense to bring them back.
Uncommon Addons:
Defaced Smiley Pin: Tremendously (-75%, down from 100% or 25% per miss, you can miss up to 4 times) decreases the amount of Power Gauge depleted for missing a Feral Slash.
Instead of applying Status Effects, Smiley Pin, Defaced Pin and Legion Pin will bring certain parts of Old Legion's kit back.
Itched Ruler: Moderately (-2.5s, was -3.5s) decreases Feral Frenzy recovery time.
Stays the same as the 2.4.0 one.
Mural Sketch: Moderately (+2s, was +1.6s) increases Feral Frenzy duration.
A minor buff to reduce the amount of situations where Feral Frenzy ends as you're about to hit someone.
Never-Sleep Pills: Moderately (+5% / + 0.2mps) increases Feral Frenzy movement speed.
The removal of speed would make more sense with the old Legion. Makes the most sense to bring them back.
Nasty Blade: Survivors struck with Feral Slash are affected by the Mangled Status Effect.
It's current Defaced Smiley Pin. except it also affects the first survivor you hit making its result consistent since you'll always have at least 1 survivor affected by the Mangled Status Effect even if survivors play separately.
Rare Addons:
The Legion Pin: Considerably (-30% / 1,5s of power for 3s recharge) reduces the amount of Power Gauge required to initiate Feral Frenzy.
Instead of applying Status Effects, Smiley Pin, Defaced Pin and Legion Pin will bring certain parts of Old Legion's kit back. This one is in their base kit but it just brings it more to what it actually used to be.
Stolen Sketchbook: Considerably (+3s, was +2.6s) increases Feral Frenzy duration.
A minor buff to reduce the amount of situations where Feral Frenzy ends as you're about to hit someone.
Stab Wound Studies: Considerably (+7.5% / + 0.3mps) increases Feral Frenzy movement speed.
The removal of speed would make more sense with the old Legion. Makes the most sense to bring them back.
Filthy Blade: Survivors struck with Feral Slash are affected by the Broken Status Effect for 60 seconds.
It's current The Legion Pin. except it also affects the first survivor you hit making its result consistent since you'll always have at least 1 survivor affected by the Broken Status Effect even if survivors play separately. Also yes Blindness addon is removed. Nobody uses it, it stinks.
Cold Dirt: Survivors' Scratch Marks are visible while using Feral Frenzy.
Since -1s fatigue is now base, Cold Dirt can actually do something cool and original, so i decided to make it cool and original by copypasting Spirit's addon.
Very Rare Addons:
Frank's Mixtape: 0 Feral Tokens. Whenever you Feral Slash a survivor, gain a Feral Token. Feral Slashing a Survivor affected by Deep Wounds will cause Slight (-25% of their remaining timer) Deep Wounds Damage for each Feral Token up to Tremendous (-100%) Deep Wounds Damage. When Feral Frenzy ends, consume all Feral Tokens.
This version of Frank's Mixtape makes you earn your down by chaining multiple Frenzy Slahes. To prevent easier downs with Legion's passive damage to injured survivors, however, Frank's Mixtape is percentage based, meaning you will always need to chain 4 Feral Slashes to get a down.
Joey's Mixtape: Survivors with Deep Wounds suffer from Oblivious Status effect.
That's an interesting one, i was gonna 'make it make' Legion undetectable instead but this gives survivors an iteresting choice: do you mend right away and risk being downed or keep the deep wounds while finding a safe place to mend in?
Susie's Mixtape: Tremendously (+20% / +0.4mps) Increases Feral Frenzy movement speed. Tremendously (+30% / 0.63s vault) increases Feral Frenzy vaulting speed. Tremendously (-4s) decreases Feral Frenzy duration.
Unlike other speed addons, this one is a rather unique one, its one of those give-and-take addons. It gives you extreme mobility for the cost of it lasting way less. Fun Fact: 6 seconds is also the duration of old Feral Frenzy.
Julie's Mixtape: Mending counts Healing. Slightly (-2.5%) decreases the healing speed of all survivors for each injured Survivor up to Tremendously (-10%).
I'm actually surprised none of The Legion's addons do that currently. It sounds like a pretty simple thing that also makes sense logically but yet here we are. Additionally, since Medning counts as healing, it increases mending time the more survivors you hit, fun for the whole family ! :D
Ultra Rare Addons:
Iridescent Button: While Feral Frenzy is active, any pallet you vault is automatically broken and any window you vault is blocked by The Entity for 6 seconds.
The concept of the current Iridescent Button is completely fine. However, the Terror Raidus part which is now moved to Fuming Mixtape, revealed the fact that you had Iridescent Button to all survivors the second you'd use it. The Main use for this addon is to help you chase down survivors after you finish your frenzy and although helpful sometimes, the Terror Radius partly ruins the fun of the addon. However to compensate for the removal I added the window block part, which at first might sound strong, however the most window block you will ever get is 3 seconds due to fatigue you have to go through upon ending Feral Frenzy.
Fuming Mixtape: While Feral Frenzy is active, your Terror Radius affects the entire map. Feral Frenzy Power gauge starts draining only after you enter a chase or perform Feral Slash.
As already stated, current Fuming Mixtape makes you an M1 killer for the majority of the match but in return it gives you a power to reveal gens. The shadow buff it got was nice but still not enough to bring this addon on Ultra Rare level.

These are really good changes and would defiently make legion a better killer while not having to deal with old legion again i do personally love the idea of Joey mixtape that seems like a good add on to use but i would change it slightly as the vast majority of time you go frenzy is to slash the survivor your chasing then killer instinct is applied anyway as they will be in your TR i would change it to one of two ways but also keeping the gen aura bit aswell
- Any Survivors working on a gen outside your terror radius during frenzy will be affected with killer instinct aswell
- Any survivors working a gen inside your terror radius during frenzy will become oblivious for the duration of frenzy plus a 5 second linger effect aswell.

Actually i wanted to make it all across the map thing originally however that would make it better than most detection perks which is not a good thing.
Plus remember that because of the generator aura thing you'll be using frenzy to travel from gen to gen and killer's instinct is there to save you as much time as possible when travelling from one gen to another.
About the oblivious, sadly Obvlivious counteracts Frenzy by making Survivors immune to killer's instinct, so if they are affected by the obvlivious effect you'll just never know if they're there even after you feral slash someone.
Hope that helps :)
