What about buff haemorrhage effect
New effect. screen get a bit blurry when have haemorrhage status effect and get 2% penalty to actions.
Each 60sec (note its just my nr. need to be test for better balance) your screen is more blurry than before up to 3 states
Each state player with haemorrhage effect receive 2% penalty to any action up to 6% and 10% to blurry up to 30%
Of course previous stuff is same.
Description: Losing too much bloof may cause that after time you are less effective and it's harder to do actions that normally are easy.
Note: It's just my idea of buff this effect bc it's weak as it i's right now and it's not worth to bring addons or perks that cause this effect. I hope you like it

I honestly feel like they just need to combine this and mangled into one perk and scrap hemorrhage all together.

I might be helpful but BHVR prob won't do this in near future so yea for now just a small buff to make this effect viable

I understand that players don't like screen effects but for now we have only clown that can do sth with it. Anyway that's why I add cooldown between each state. You will lose this effect after healed or time runs out (some addons last for 90 sec). Btw i don't think that max 30% is too much

Make default blood more reliable, slap addititional herrmophage or blood stuff on mangled.

I like the idea of hemorrhage being an effect that gets worse over time. IDK if action speed would be the healthiest for the game, though it would actually make the effect have real teeth to it instead of being a laughing stock.

Thats why I would like to buff it bc its pointless effect and with those changes it will be more interesting. I also thought about 1/2/3% penalty but it's just too low so no real impact on game. Max 6% is not that bad bc you need to be injured for 3 min straight.
