One of the alarm clocks on Midwich was behind the door that the killer has to breakdown leaving no way for a survivor to get it. Is this intentional or just a bug, and if so, why is this allowed?

Afaik every room is accessible without the need to break a door.

That's not true, there is only one room accessible by Killer only and stuff like alarm clocks or pig's machines can't spawn there.
The map sucks for sure, but it doesn't have that problem.

All rooms except like the secret staircase and clock tower are accessible.

The room adjacent to here was blocked by 2 breakable doors both upstairs and down.
