COMPENDIUM MALFUNCTION/TOMES 1 & 2 NOT WORKING

While playing on PC, attempted to complete the first tome (level2) "self-care service" path. Fulfilled the requirements in game, and was met with no completion and "select challenge" on the pop-out after checking the sidebar - game did not recognize the fulfillment. When clicking "select challenge," it brings me to the compendium, where the only option is to "pause challenge." An endless loop of having the challenge selected initially and then being told on the pop-out to "select challenge" and when clicked, then the only option given after being brought to the compendium screen is to pause it (indicating they it is selected in the compendium, but not active/working in-game.) Tested on Tome 2 "liberator" as well and had the same issue. Have been unable to work through any of the tomes (1,2, or 3) for the entire day. Hope this makes sense - just seems like a disconnect between activating a challenge and having it fully register on all fronts (in-game/compendium)
