Can we just delay the hillbilly part of the update for now? Like I don't know maybe put it off till next update.

I mean if the patches aren't ready and they are still tweaking it why not simply delay it? We all agree that Billy's base can is fine and doesn't really need changing so it wouldn't hurt to put this upgrade back for a while or downgrade depending on how you look at it.

I don't think they would want to spend any more resources on Billy than they need to, they have new killers to work on after these changes. They will most definitely release it with Bubba as the chainsaw themed mid-chapter and maybe do some more tweaks later on.

If they are still tweaking it then it is clearly not ready.
Delay it and leave Billy unchanged until you can get it right Dev.

Even on weak killers, like wraith for example, the fun comes from using the power. Putting an inconsistent limit on a power that is not super strong in the first place is just a bad move. And a directional instadown that is EASILY dodgeable if you're halfway good definitly doesn't need a CD.
The only reason the CD gets introduced is to make billy unfun, just like they did with nurse.

According to the lead balance developer. "Clown is over powered, we just havn't discovered his full potential yet" You are asking a dev that thinks that about clown, to make good and fun balance decisions?
If they spend money on it, they will force it into the game no matter what.

He's getting the cooldown mechanic and he might actually have to use his basic attack once in awhile.

I think the dev said clown is decent and underrated and not OP. Apparently he's having a good time with him and pig. I hope he goes against a toxic SWF who ends the game in 2 minutes. Maybe then we'll have a chance.
