Killer Idea: Siren Head

I think because Siren Head is totally in hype right now, you could think about him as a killer in DbD. Its appearance is clearly defined (humanoid, thin and bony, the head consists of two sirens). But his sirens leave room for his skills. My idea would be:

It is a bit like the doctor, he virtually charges his sirens and makes sounds in a certain environment. Every survivor in this area screams and the terror radius is suppressed briefly. After that, the terror radius for the survivor is smaller than for other, unaffected survivors. (Do you understand what I mean?) Survivors can calm themselves down or be soothed by others.

I have not yet thought about perks, add-ons or an associated map, caption and survivor with perks. This is just a spontaneous idea from which maybe a whole chapter idea could develop. (I'm sorry for my bad English, I am originally from Germany, but I wanted to share the idea here, since there is just a lot more going on in the English forum than in the German forum.)

Pls let me know what you think about the idea of the "Siren Head" as a killer.
