Personal Changes I would make to Keys and Moris

Firstly for keys:

Firstly a key should ONLY be able to open up the hatch AFTER the killer has closed it.

Secondly, To open a hatch, a animation should be added where the survivor attempts to open the hatch. Same as fixing a generator but it will take 20 seconds at base and new add-ons can be made to decrease that time.

Interrupting or stopping the Opening animation resets the progress towards opening it, except if a add-on allows other wise.

You don't really make a sound while doing the hatch and while the hatch is closed, its regular aura indication sound should not be heard. So it is possible for the survivor to stealthily do the Hatch.

As for add ons, the following three purple add-ons are too strong and should either be reworked, removed or be made iradecent add-ons and have their rarity increased tenfold:

Weaved Ring

Milky Glass

Blood Amber

Ideas for new add-ons:

Irradecent Key Teeth :

If you would successfully open the Hatch, All Exit Gates are opened instead.

Irradecent Key Handle:

While opening the Hatch, The end game collapse timer is slowed down by 50%.

Irradecent Lock-Pick:

No progressed is lost if you stop opening the hatch.

Iron Pick:

Decrease the time required to open the hatch slightly ( 15 Seconds to open the hatch) .

Rusty Lock-pick:

Decrease the time required to open the hatch moderately( 10 Seconds to open the hatch) .

Steel Lock-Pick:

Decrease the time required to open the hatch tremendously (5 seconds to open the hatch).

Moris:

This one is a bit more hectic in my opinion. I would remove all moris offerings and instead create a new mechanic.

The displeasure of the Entity caused by the Survivor's success allows the killer to take matters into their own hands.

After the first generator is done, If the next one is completed without the Killer successfully injuring any survivor, they can Mori 1 survivor the next time they ( The next two are the two options i came up, only one of them will be implemented in these hypothetical changes i'm pruposing):

A. down a survivor. (But this might be a bit too unfair and abusable.)

B. Down a survivor, then hook them, then down them again afterwards( As how the regular moris work).

The system the resets for the next generator. If it is completed without he killer even injuring any survivor, then they get a mori.

So basically, Moris can become a comeback(Or crutch) mechanic for a bad killer. If 2 generators are done without the killer even being able to injure a survivor, they can mori the next survivor thy down. So in essence only 2 or even 3 survivors can be mori-ed per game.
