Yes.. i hate Noed more then anything in this game and im one of these people who belive NOED is a no effort, free kill perk. AND even tho i think this perk is just a dumb designed perk i can tell you that SOME killers really, really need it.

one is for sure, i will NEVER ever, ever use this perk because of reasons i mentioned BUT i would never blame a clown using it or any other low tier killer.

    Noed is weird it is arguably the strongest perk in the game but it has loads of counterplay to it

    me personally when i play survivor and i see noed active i leave staying is more likely to give him more kills unless ur sure u can break the totem if its away or not near the hooked person
