Did Servers die or somethin?

Idk whats happening but me and this Claudette in game are perfectly fine but I cant use my power or break anything also this Nancy was on death hook but shes still here and just...not dead. Is this a server issue or severe game bugs?

I had a match yesterday in the PM where everything was buggy. We had a gen at 99%, but no one was able to tap it to finish it for the entire match. lol
