What's a good build for Nurse?

I don't have alot of the really meta teachables, so preferably one without those.

No teachables would be better, if possible.

    Nurse's Calling, Thanatophobia, Whispers and Bitter Murmur is imo the best build on Nurse if you don't have any Teachables.

    My go-to build on her is: Corrupt Intervention, PGTW, Nurse's Calling and BBQ & Chili.
