“ Video evidence” that gen speed is a serious problem!
This is why a lot of people don’t take the complaints seriously. Watch this nonsense. He is using an awful build, (assuming viewer request) and has viewers playing meme cards during the game where he has to do stupid actions like look up for 5 seconds, search a locker during a chase, etc. Not only that, he plays awful! Took him forever to even land his first hit. On top of it being a gen speed issue, he also defaults to his usual “must be SWF”. Look at the comments, all saying the same thing crying about gens. This is just ridiculous and the epitome of entitlement. I challenge anyone to watch this video and tell me his play here didn’t warrant him getting ######### on.

Did he deserves to get ######### on? Yes. Definitely for the reasons u said above.
Did the gens still go by super fast? Also yes. And he did actually do some pressuring throughout the game, which is the only reason why you should be surprised gens finished so fast.

This video honestly isn't a good evidence of gen rushing. Tru3 is literally letting his viewers control his actions such as "not using his power for 15 seconds" or "looking up for 5 seconds" which certainly didn't help him.

To be fair, he is playing with Cards, which are not allowing him to play at his best potential. Also, his Ruin is broken early in the game which is just unfortunate luck for him.
However, I will say that his chases don’t last very long to begin with and the ability to finish 5 gens in 4:30 needs to be looked at.
These numbers show that 1 gen was completed back to back 5 times with only 30 seconds to spare on the killers part (probably thanks to the Ruin in the beginning).

For your own sake, you really shouldn't be making post like this for right now. There is no problems with it, but survivor mains are currently raiding the forums spreading hate everywhere and will disagree with you no matter what. Just keeping your post safe.

Everybody knows that lightning fast gens are signs of a 3-4 man swf. Its very rare that solos or 2 man get the gens done this fast. They just don’t have the co-ordination.
Large swf groups are the problem.

You really didn't need new video evidence of this. There's already enough evidence out there to prove this. Just playing the game anyone would notice gen speeds are bad. But the devs already said they plan on implementing something in the beginning of the match that might be able to help alleviate the gen problem a bit. Not sure exactly what it is & when, but they said that in a livestream.

I think you dont get the point of this thread: he's using a meme build, viewers are using cards and he's not really playing up to the skill level that he usually does = gens fly by.
This aint a thread complaining about gen speeds, but his entitlement that he should "win" / he lost due to swf even tho he puts himself against the odds as well as not playing optimally.

What i'm saying barely applies to the post, I'm just saying that if you post saying that survivor should be nerfed, or killer should be buffed, especially now, will be blasted a new one survivors in denial, since they saw the hillbilly nerf, they think that they can do anything now, and starts screaming nerfs to killers and buffs to survivors in a non-constructive way. (no matter if they pay attention to the video or not, they saw the title, they will come and harass you. that's the "trend" now)

I love how people deliberately choose bad examples whenever they go after Tru3. Last stream I watched, he was going on about gen speeds the whole time. He had a few matches where he complained as he was doing bad, and a few matches where he complained while he was doing good and just getting hammered by gen speeds, and a few matches of survivor where he and his random teammates were likewise hammering out gens, and a few matches where his teammate's were potatoes and he potatoes just as hard.
The point I'm trying to make is that Tur3 is all over the bloody place. You could cherry pick matches that proves he's a complete moron diluting serious arguments, or you could cherry pick matches that proves he's right on the money and all of his comments are the truth. Neither are accurate. And honestly, neither take away the points he tries to make. Just because a build is awful doesn't mean it's okay for gens to go that quick, given that survivors can go into matches with awful builds and escape with relative ease so long as they work together.

I disagree. I play solo and have had plenty of games were the first chase lasts wayyy too long, the other 3 played literally have nothing to do other than pound out gens and so the first 3-4 or even 5 gens all go super fast.
Yes, “just pressure gens,” is overused and gen speed is too fast... but this game isn’t an indication of anything but meme play

Actually, he plays pretty well rather consistently. Not saying he's the best, but he's solid when he isn't trying to go for 12 hook survivor-rulebook games.

The problem is Tru is the boy who cried wolf. I subscribed to his twitch and watched pretty regularly for over a year so I feel confident that I have a good view and not just a cherry picked one.
Basically every game he loses is because of SWF who use broken perks... but when given the chance to use his own survivor build it always includes DS and DH, two perks he complains about as killer.
Also the majority of his survivor games he implies or flat out states that his team is potato and he is carrying the whole squad.

He’s above average, pretty good but far from the best. I honestly think he’s getting worse because he’s starting to burn out and just get frustrated and make excuses right from the get go.
See my above post, I’ve watched him and subscribed to his twitch for a long time before I finally started to see all of this. He’s changed over time and not for the better IMO.

Lack of early game pressure will lose you the game a lot of the time. Devs are working on that, though, I think. 4 minutes 30 seconds isn't even that fast for gens. Assuming that two people are working on gens, and it takes 30 seconds to get to each gen:
80 + 80 + 80 + 30 + 30 + 30 = 5 minutes 30 seconds.

The thing is he goes for those 12 hook, have mercy, play fair games when he sees that the survivors are bad from the start. Heck, the teams he is 12 hooking I could probably 12 hook too, not because I’m good but they are bad... not looking behind, running to dead zones, crouching/hiding during a chase so no one is on gens at all, etc.
The thing is it’s a shame because Tru makes a lot of good points, has a lot of good numbers to throw out, has a great platform, but in the end he ruins it all with the way he presents himself.

Yeah, I think you're right on the money. I used to watch him a lot but I trailed off recently, and he does cry wolf a lot. Problem is, a lot of his wolf-crying is accurate and justified, and that seems to make him confident even when he's clearly wrong, and people take those clearly-his-fault clips and use them to discredit him even more.
It's a pity about his complaining about everything. He used to point out his own mistakes all the time, now it seems he glosses over them more and more. Though, to be fair, most of his temates tend to be on the potato side. It's a bit unreasonable to have multi-minute chases and no popped gens, though that is the usual solo que experience.

Yep, he still has lots of solid points which is what makes it rough. Just a bit too much complaining, a bit too many excuses, a few too many false SWF hit squad assumptions or claims that he’s being stream sniped and hacked.
All of the above happens but not quite as much as he says so people have taken to mocking him.

Also to be clear he’s not the only streamer like this plenty do it, one of my other favorites that I subscribed to was Puppers... until every single time a killer hit him it was because of dedicated servers, he never EVER got outplayed it was always the game’s fault.
Another example of a true thing that someone turned into an overused excuse.

The point is when they posted DOWSEY as a killer ending a game in less than 3 minutes the excuse was “bad survivors.” But when gens go super fast no one wants to admit “meme killer,” and admit no pressure was the reason

Yeah. I don't want to get scolded again so I won't give my opinion on Tru3, but my take on gen speed is that it's probably fine as is. You can't take the extreme where survivors do really well and pound gens quickly and act like that is how it is every match. Most games are not that fast. That said, there probably should be some slow down depending on the size of the map (Red Forest/Ormomd) and there probably should be a little bit of a speed up based on the amount of survivors left in the game. These wouldn't have to be crazy gen buffs/nerfs, but it would make things a little more fair for both sides.

And thats the problem. Its so easy for the first survivor to just hold w and waste a good 50 seconds of your time, thats not even factoring in loops or pallets. Now throw in pallet looping and them not taking chances and just throwing the pallet early and you are guaranteed to lose 3 gens in the first chase against a coordinated team.

A trash build that he only used ONCE (Spirit fury + Enduring), only 1 perk to slowdown the game which is garbage.
And the survivors were just clearly better than him, he had a chance and did a lot of mistake, what else do you expect to happen)
If I get outplayed by a top tier killer I wouldn't complain, my opponent was better than me and I should take the L.
