Personally I think it's a little weird to sexualize women who are being slaughtered but at the same time this IS a slasher fest. Laurie and Nancy could both be have licenced outfits like that but it would probably be more suited to someone like Kate if it had to be an existing survivor as she's basically every final girl ever

As others have stated, that's a pass for me. I believe that the females are shown in a strong light that is appealing to Male gamers like me and also female gamers too. I don't want to see Meg or Feng in lingerie. I feel that their outfits are very normal looking. If someone wants to see the typical look of women with big boobs and butts, they should play Bayonetta or the countless other Japanese games that depict women in that light.

I'll say what i said about the idea of swimwear for characters.
I'm game, but only if you scream out loud and leave a brief aura infectious fright style, every time you step on / brush against something sharp in your Lacey negligee , and girls wearing high heels to complete the outfit have a 5% chance to fall and trip while sprinting like they do in all the movies!

I absolutely loved this thread. It was so much fun. As for the actual idea, I'd say no. I would like outfits to at least make some sense. That said if they did swimwear I think they could make that work.

I'm pretty sick of seeing the sexualisation of female characters in video games. If you find the characters attractive, cool, good for you, but making them run around half-naked is both unimmersive and misogynistic. Especially in horror games - big tall evil serial killer man running after some small terrified woman wearing barely anything just doesn't sit right with me, for obvious reasons. A lot of women play this game, and I doubt any of them would be comfortable with it.
If you plan to give the male characters the same treatment AND you somehow manage to make it lore-friendly, like a beach set or something, then alright, I'm fine with it. But if the girls are the only ones running around in skimpy clothing? No thank you.

I mean gay males playing this game have 0 things to do with this. He didnt say he spoke for all, most or even a large part of the community. I agree with the last part though, no thanks to the sexualising of any of the characters. It would be way too ######### weird and not really fit the game at all.
