Is letting them die from bleeding out considered breaking the rules??

I have a tactic of letting them die that way for a easy 4k is it fair game

It's fair game, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise or try to force you to change it. It is boring for them, though.

You may get a 4k, but it'll also ensure you get a comparatively low amount of BP, since hooking/sacrifices grants so much.

Hook all unless you must guard the hatch because you can't find your last slugged survivor. This happens a lot because I slug one and find the other to ensure I get that well deserved 4k, and sometimes I can't find the one I left so I stand by the hatch and wait. In the end they either bleed out or they crawl near and I find them that way. Slugging can work, but just leaving them on the ground and going AFK is toxic in my opinion so if you want to be toxic to survivors go ahead. You won't get many points though.1

Doesn't break any rules, but does break the spirit of toxic survivors.3

Do as you please. keep count of the DCs though. let us know how many you get n_n

Yes. It breaks the survivors' made up rules. If you do anything to hurt the survivors feelings, they're gonna get their friend at BHVR to ban you.
No it isn't against the rules. If anyone says otherwise, they're just salty little snowflakes.2 -
Half the time I can never find them if I slug so I try to avoid it if necessary. I only do it if there are two Survivors alive or to slow down groups who rush generators. I do it more with Leatherface because I do not have good Tier 3 Perks on him yet so I run BBQ & Chili, Knockout, Deerstalker, and baby Tier 1 Ruin.0
