New Chapter Concept-Purge
KILLER-SKELETOR
Skeletor has been called the only good Purge killer. The Purge is a iconic horror franchise with some good ideas, but the killer Skeletor from the First Purge is a very twisted and terrifying murderer, sadist, addict, and potential #########. He died being killed by white supremist mercenaries trying to murder his obsessions. This crazy, drug-addicted sadist has been fuelled by rage and hatred since the start, then died by the hand of hired racist killers. He could easily make a good killer.
Syringes of Hatred: Pressing the power button allows him to use his syringe claws. This gives him the ability to stab a survivor with his Freddy Krueger style claws he uses in the movies, causing the survivor to suffer from the same affects as the Afterpeace Tonic, and also leaves them exposed. He also has the ability to vault much faster.
Purge Party: Skeletor can make one time portals by deploying a mask at a certain area. Skeletor can than put on his own Purge mask to enter the Purge Party. In this he is invisible, intangible and moves faster, but he can not see or sense anybody. He can only leave this party by moving to a generator being worked on by his obsession(who he can see) or moving to one of his 5 masks deployed around the map.
Havoc: pressing the attack button while in Purge Party to deploy a trap, that appears as a glowing blue eye in the ground. If survivors trigger the trap, they suffer from oblivious and exposed, and their aura is visible to the killer. However, both the killer and the survivor gain haste, and the killer will swing around a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire. The survivor will also suffer from torment, but instead of leaving a trail of barbed wire it leads a trail of magenta and turquoise paint. This lasts for 30 seconds, and if the survivor does not die for those 30 seconds they will be teleported back to the trap and all effects will cease. If the survivor dies however, they are can be killed without the use of the mori. The survivor and killer are both in the purge party, meaning no other survivors can see or help them, and pallets burst into glowing magenta and turqouise paint instead of falling.
SURVIVOR-NYA
Protective Sister: When healing another survivor, both survivors get haste and crows are not alerted by them for 10/15/20 seconds. Every time Nya heals the same survivor again they get healed 5/15/25% faster.
Protest: After saving a survivor from a hook, all survivors get Endurance for 10/20/30 seconds.
Last woman standing: After a pallet or destructible wall has been broken, Nya can repair. This takes 15/10/5 seconds

The Legion are basically representation of The Purge. Mask killers on a killing a spree. If anything we should just get Legendary skins from the movie purge such as the iconic creepy smile mask.

I am really confused with your survivor perk descriptions... Why would you want haste while healing? Also, there is a perk that does exactly that. Also, your perk idea for "protest" is legit Borrowed Time on steroids. And for your last perk, I have no idea what that means.

For your first question, its after you finished healing. I wasn't aware about borrowed time and it means that when a killer breaks pallets she can repair them.
Sorry for the confusion.

No problem at all, but all three of those perks exist.
Blood Pact: Haste effect after healing
Borrowed Time: While unhooking a survivor in the killer's terror radius, that survivor get's the Endurance effect for 15 seconds
Any Means Necessary: Can lift any fallen pallet after a 4 second channel, has a 2 minute cooldown.

Yeah, but I think we can all agree that the Legion isn't really a good killer in terms of mechanics. Also, I just want to point out that technically only one member of the Legion actually counts as the killer, with the others being accomplices that went along with what they were saying.

Yeah, I didn't really pay much attention when coming up with the idea for the survivor. I just finished watching the First Purge and thought they would make good killers and survivors.
Also, the last ones are a bit different. Any Means Necessary allows you to put up fallen pallets, while last woman standing allows her to repair pallets that are broken, rather then being knocked down.

Why are her perks so powerful. Or am I reading this wrong. If the killer breaks a pallet. You can repair a gen in 5 seconds? If everyone brought that the game would be done after they broke two pallets.
0 -
No. Again sorry if it was a bit confusing. Basically, killers can break pallets by kicking them. After they have been destroyed, she can repair the pallets. It’s something new that hasn’t been done before.

Ohhhhh, that sounds cool actually. And If they were put in the down position this with any means necessary would be a great combo. It should probably have the same cool down. Of 120 seconds then.
0 -
Yeah, something like that. It would need a long cooldown considering how annoying it could be for killers.
