Grim Pantry - Cannot repair gen from specific side

Location: [Backwater Swamp] Grim Pantry, on the pier
Description: My teammates and I weren't able to repair from this side:
The button M1 to repair didn't even appear. It was fine from the other side tho.
Steps to reproduce:
This is the first time, so I'm not sure how.
