More gestures for survivors and killers

Let's be honest, we do need a few more gestures for survivors and a few to begin with for killers.

a yes and no gesture for both, a 'come here' for killers.

because, cross your heart, sometimes you just want to farm a bit. not everyone plays as if they'd be murdered brutally irl if they don't finish a match in ~1 min.

    It's a nice idea but I feel like this would just add more options for BMing one another. We can all already nod yes and shake no.

    Just two more default gestures would be nice for survivors. But no emotes please.
