Would modding custom chase themes into the game be bannable?

So let's say somebody finds a way to add one of those fan-made chase themes into the game, would it be bannable offense?

well, someone could mod in a "theme" thats just complete silence so they could hear the moans from the blendette that got away from them because of the loud chase music. so probably bannable
