5 ideas for Early Game Collapse
Devs could implement one (just one) of the following:
For the first two minutes of the match:
(1) Max Bloodlust is base kit.
(2) Discordance is base kit.
(3) Corrupt Intervention is base kit (and then rework the perk itself to be something else).
(4) Old Ruin is base kit.
Last idea- killer starts around the same place as the survivors. I know this leads to whining about being downed in 10 seconds, but it provides an adrenaline shot right at the beginning.
My preference would be the last, followed by (3), (4), (1), or (2) in that order.

Yes, let's make it so that survivors also automatically start on the hook at the begnining of the match. They have to kobe first to play the game. Sounds balanced to me. The only thing "needed" is a gen slowdown until the first chase or for one minute.

I would actually slow the game down.
1ste by give the survivors more objectives to do.
I saw a great post a while back where a guy or gal made the following suggestion:
Generators start in a broken state and while they are broken, they repair 50% slower. But scattered throughout the map are Gears.Survivors can find and install 1 gear on a Generator to instantly fix the broken status on the generator and make it be repaired normally but a random buff or debuff will be applied to the generator when installed.
A survivor can only hold up to one gear at a time but it doesn't replace your item, it is a separate thing.
Gears can ONLY be found on the map, they can not be equipped before the game nor even be found on the blood web.
The Buffs/Debuffs can range from a buff that automatically complete 50% of the generator when installed, ones that do nothing, oe one that resets generator progression altogether.
As for slowing down the kilelr, i would give each survivor the ability to survive one additional hooking. So you get killed on your 4th hook.
Both of these may be insane but i would rather just have the game slow down a bit.

Personally I would be more than happy with just gen repair being slower for a while at the start of the game. Either a fixed amount of time or until a certain interaction between survivors and killers. Example maybe gens are 50% slower for the first minute or 25% for 2 minutes. Something like that. Or it could be gens are slower until the first chase, the first hit, the first down. Something like that. What the numbers would be I have no idea. But that could be a decent fix.
Another idea is simply that gens have the same speed as they do now if multiple people are on the same gens, but if someone is soloing a gen it takes longer. Like 20 seconds longer, likely less than that, but just throwing a number out there. The biggest problem the game has (for a killer at least) is when survivors spawn/run to 3-4 different gens and 3 of them fly while you are chasing the first survivor you found.
Maybe make all gens a lot slower at the start of the game, but for each gen done it gets faster and faster, this would also be a nerf to 3 gens and pop late game. Giving survivors a slightly easier late game (where most of them should be dead on hook or at least have been hooked once) and giving killers an easier early game, to maybe stop the 3 gens flying instantly.
