New Killer Idea (The Seer)

I have an idea for a killer that if implemented well could be a deadly new addition to the devious crew. It's name would be "The Seer" and its main ability would be to see through the survivors eyes. Say you went to check out a gen that just recently exploded and nobody is there. Well if you use the ability, you would pretty much enter spectator mode and see that somebody is watching you from behind a wall. If you have a good grasp of the map as well as separate perspectives you can hunt them down pretty effectively. As a counter The Seer should have a noise that plays when it uses its ability so survivors know not to stare for too long. It's backstory could be that it was a spy or even a simpler backstory just some petty stalker who got worse and worse. If any Devs are reading this I would feel honored if you shot me a short message about weather this suggestion will be ignored or not. And if anyone else reading this could try to get this to a devs eyes, i just want them to at least take a look and thats all.

Design:Whatever you want but eyes all over the body would be cool!

Re-posting this here for two reasons. One there is not as many people on wishlist as there are here and Two I see more killer suggestions here than over there.
