Tier list - top 3-5 killers with perks addons

So we see a lot of tier lists, but what would you say is the top 3-5 killers based on perk load out and build?

For example, not sure if basic huntress is still in top 3, but give her iri head and infantry belt with a good perk loadout and she’s top 3 imo.

of course you can get lucky with certain maps too so feel free to throw that in there!

I would say an 3-5 token devour Hope is strong, but that’s potentially inconsistent...
