You are a fighter and you know how to behave in desperate situations.
Your Struggle Effects on the Killer are increased by 80/90/100%.
While you are on the hook in the first stage and the killer is standing within range, Press the Active Ability button to kick the Killer, thereby you will stun the killer for 5 seconds and give him a stun effect (as in the new version of the knockout).
(The ability to hit the killer activates if the Killer stays in the perk's radius for total of 3 seconds)

In all seriousness, having a perk that allows hooked Survivors stun Killers within range would be an interesting one. And it may reduce camping Killers. Though knowing this community, it'd be used by toxic people.
