  I mean, you kinda have to cripple yourself for most of the game before it activates. I think it needs a full scale rework, as it is currently its just kinda adrenaline for killers.

  It is earnt, you lose up to 75 seconds of survivors not doing gens to get it.

  killer plays with only 3 perks the whole game till end and survivors didn't do totums so the killer earned it.
