delete RNG on dbd please
a poorly conceived mechanic, where sometimes you find maps without pallets and others full, so the victory is already marked by the fact of how many pallets have appeared on the map

Unique, hand-crafted maps would be so much better than the RNG mess that we're getting today.

Not sure how you figure that. Most of the strongest loops in the game are the ones that reliably spawn, and the most abused areas are abused because they aren't random.

I'd say in terms of balance, you're right, but I feel like the gameplay would get a lot staler a lot quicker if this were the case. Sure, balance is important, but I'd rather keep some map RNG just to keep things interesting. If there was ever a "ranked" dbd mode, then I think this would be a good idea for it.

So you are complaining about double pallets, although you are about to win the game with 4 gens left? (dDon't know about the DCs, though)
3 -
That's not the point and is a strawman argument. The point is double pallets is dumb.

Cowtree...it's so strong with vault build.

Why would you want to delete RNG? Everyone needs something other than their own playing to blame when they lose!

you mean delete DBD then.
2 -
And their point is that dumb doesnt mean op.

are you dumb? i win because this surv suck but dont worry with nice surv, rng is all ;)

i win because this surv suck but this RNG with nice surv is op

Its annoying, but far from op, You can quit your exxagerations. There a many other things wrong in DBD which classify more as OP than this.

The op literally wrote "so the victory is already marked", which means surely loss with certain pallet spawns, showing us a pic of double pallets as an example ... in a situation where he clearly did NOT lose. I would think he invalidates his own claim with this one, but sure, I'm strawmanning around ...

Double pallets mean a easier game for the killer, it basically means the map has the MINIMUM amount of pallets possible.

Why are you complaining when you already won? It clearly didn't matter for you to have a game with one tile having double pallets. I ask because it looks like you're just looking for something random to complain about
But if you genuinely didn't know, like someone else in the thread mentioned, close by pallets only spawn like that when the rest of the map has less than the minimum amount of pallets that can possibly spawn. Which means that there are actually most likely fewer pallets than usual on the map. I tend to only see that/hear about that on Backwater Swamp.
Anyways, no thank you. RNG on how the map is set up helps prevent the game from getting stale and is one of the most pleasing aspects of DBD. On some play sessions I get the same maps/realm over and over again- I'd be disturbed if I had to play Wrecking Yard 3 times in a row with the exact same set up every single game LMFAO

i win because this surv suck if i found nice surv with this rng I would have lost

disgusting surv main classic

LMFAOOOOOO if you would have lost because a single tile had 2 pallets on that map, bro, idk what to tell you but you might need to get better at playing killer LOL

Blood lodge can either have 8+ loops back to back or none at all
great game design

It actually depends on what you call "winning" if you classify the 4 man as a win then sure he techincally won..... But thats not what the game classify's as winning.... The game classify's winning as if you pipped and since he had two dc's I doubt he pipped.

Im Trapper main, do u know whats the difference between 1 attempt escape & 2 attempt escape in this case?
1 attempt escape to Pallet = at least extend the chase for 15sec. Means 3 others have 45sec Gen progressing
2 attempt escape = I got a hook. Means 1 on secure, and may be 1 on chase. Only 1 survivor on Gen
I lost so many times because of 1-2 attempt escape from Traps, but a few times I had free win because one of them stuck on trap for too long.
