Good Clown Build?

Hello, I am new to the forums but not to the game because I've been play dead by daylight for a while now. The only perks I've bought from shrine of secrets was Dying light and Blood warden. A few days ago I bought The Clown and I think I have reached him to level 15 or 16. I only have the killers who you get when you first enter the game. Only purchased Clown with 9k shards. Please let me know if you have any answers of a good clown build. Thank you for coming and answering.

    Pop Goes The Weasel/ Devour Hope/ NOED/ Sloppy Butcher.

    edit: Why buy Dying Light? This perk is kinda weak, if you want a good slowdown perk take Pop (from the Clown itself), Corrupt Intervention (from the Plague), Surge (from Demogorgon) or Ruin (from the Hag).

    @Pior_Morte Thank you for the answer but the only purchased killer is the clown though but when I get a ps gift card I'll be fine. Also buying dying light is when I realized when I started playing with it the perk basically did nothing at all. So yeah you are right on that one.

    Do you play on PC or PS4/Xbox? Because if you play on console you have all of the perks, Devour is from the Hag, Hex: No One Escapes Death (NOED) and Sloppy Butcher are already unlocked to every killer! The other perks I mentioned are for you to buy from the Shrine of Secrets when they became available. Also the best perk you can have on Clown It's Save The Best For Last (STBFL) so if you find it in the shrine buy it!
