Does the vigil perk stack the benefits when multiple people in a group have it and is it even worth having for the slight 10/15/20 percentage boost in recovery speed?

  I've heard that vigil does stack with multiple instances. I don't recommend it because the situations where it makes a difference is rare, I would only use it for head on if even that.
