Why was the aura change not in PTB? (answered)
From my understanding it wasn't on PTB but was introduced on live.
Why though? It's a system that affects every player in the game, it really should've seen testing of any kind first.
EDIT: I guess it was on PTB but it didn't get the coverage it has now. Go figure.

Are you sure? I heard nothing about auras during the PTB (which I didn't play this time around.)
Then the patch releases and it's an onslaught of aura threads. I still haven't gotten to play yet so I'm out of the loop in this mess.

I am 100% sure. I only watched PTB and it was the first thing I noticed, because it is so awful. There were some discussions about it too, but like I said, they didn't get much attention.

I'm honestly quite dissapointed in the community, you can say many bad things about BHVR, but you can't blame them for not changing something that most of the Community accepted when it was introduced.

There were a few threads, but they were completely drowned out by feedback on the Billy changes (perhaps unsurprisingly).

What people are missing here is that there were Aura changes in the PTB, and the PTB auras were really bad and were complained about. The problem is that the ones we have now are completely different from the PTB ones, and are even worse.
