My game crash and i'm banned for 5 minutes
I would like to know why if my game crash and a message appears to send a report anyway I am banned 5 minutes... is because you did a pretty god job so far? 😑

it's only 5 minutes, it's not that bad. You can deal with it.
If you start waiting 45 minutes+ because of it, THEN it makes sense.

I don't know if there is a penalty for DC, but I can assure you that if your game crash you will be penalized 🙂

Regardless a player shouldn't be penalized cause of something they can't control.

My game "crashes" every time I go against a Spirit, Freddy, Doctor, Mori, Key, Ormond, or Haddonfield.

I understand your point, but you understand mine, they punish me because the game stops working and is unfair, it's not my fault and I don't have to be punished for it

It's because people can avoid the penalty by either: restarting the PC, or if you're on console, force closing the app. That would make the penalties pointless. I'm sorry for you, but it's an unfortunate side effect from something that mostly is for the greater good.

My game crashed when I was playing against the plague, i got infected but he drop the chase so I started to break a totem and the game closed, a message appeared to send a report and I sent it. I doubt that someone will read it, but if the game says there is a problem and it has to be closed they shouldn't punish the player for it

But that was not the case, I am sorry I did not take a screenshot, but a message from the dead by dalylight appeared saying that the game had crashed. You could read in the message that if I wanted to send a report and said that they were going to include data from my pc in it, it was a 100% problem of the game

In this one instance, yeah it sucks you'll get penalised because your game randomly decided to die.
But if you're the type of player who frequently experiences crashes, or has an unstable internet connection that disconnects a lot, or often have to leave the game to tend to real life situations such as children, or whatever, then the penalty makes sense. Regardless of it being your fault or not, you're still abandoning your team (as survivor) or completely ending the match (as killer), and that's not fair on the other players.

Oh but you do. You do have to be punished for it.
However if you hack the game, go afk, troll, bodyblock and sandbag, work with the killer, or tell people to die of cancer post game you'll probably get away with it.

crashes still counts as one of those "sudden exits" like what I mentioned. It's not specified enough to have a unique exceptions.

great, penalty's are back, so is the cyber bully's that forces you to quit, yup, im done with this game, for good, i came back on it because the penalty was gone, bringing it back is a big mistake, also, u can have the best internet, the best platform, and you still crash, you still loose connection, which all is unpredictable, and cyber bully's that camps on you with op killers that can 1 hit anyone no matter if they have full health or not, this game is unfair, and i will delete it as a worthless game as it been proven by having penalty's, not mentioning that i been running into boosters in so much matches in a row.
these penalty's and issues on this game, ruins my gaming experience, and i don't want to deal with that crap ever

It's 5 minutes, not that big of a deal. Plus when your game crashes it counts as a dc. There's probably nothing they can do about that.

It was never ‘gone’ just paused while they fixed the issue with it.

This happens every single day, and no one really cares except the person it happens to. But when it happens to them, they will cry too.
