Disconnect penalties are bugged

I was normally playing as Oni. I was doing extremely well. Then i downed a survivor tried to pick him up but the game lagged. After few seconds a got disconnected from game and i got penalty for leaving. But i didn't leave it lagged me out.

Pls fix. This is not the first time that happened to me.

    I have a couple of questions:

    1. Do you play other games? Does that happen in any other game?
    2. If you play any other games, how high is your ping usually?
    3. Did your game itself freeze? Or something along the lines of survivors running endlensly in one direction?

    1: Beside DBD i play only CS:GO and sometimes Age of Empires: 2 and this never happened.

    2: My ping in CS:GO is usually about 30. In a long time I haven't got ping over 80

    3: My game don't itself freeze, but sometimes it happened that survivors were running endlessly then i got kicked and i got banned.
