DBD Ps4 Trophies bugged?

Yesterday I wanted to get my Adept David Trophy and I survived through the Exit Gate nur I didn't get the Trophy. The same happened to me with the Spirit Trophy. Is this bugged?

    You are only allowed to use the teachable perks, you know that?

    Use no items, add ons , or offerings and don’t search the chests and you should be good

    For some reason for David’s trophy you need to get him to level 20 instead of the usual 10 and escape with his perks. However I’m not aware of a spirit bug, mine popped when it should have.

    I actually had him on lvl 11 when i got the throphy - but it took 3 tries to get that darn thing to Pop up.

    I discovered that It's best not to Pick up an item or search a chest - it is less likely to Bug then.

    Yes all the adept trophies have this bug. As others have said don't interact with chests, bring items or pick items up and it seems to stop any sort of bug from happening.

    You can still get the achievement from getting the hatch but ONLY if the exit gates are powered first.

    I am experiencing a Trophy issue as well but with a different Trophy, I escaped from the Asylum level Twice and no trophy popped for me. ( was not hit by the killer ) I forget the name of the trophy, but you all know the one...

    Ive had this with my hag and Michael no fouth perks do I need to have no addons as well
