OoO is a meme. I only run it as survivor when I want killer interaction. The rest is just RNG. How can you complain about RNG. So what ? They got lucky . Big deal. You can still respect the pallets and then tunnel them down?

i came from ps4 to pc. Survivors are hardcore swf on console and everybody play with their 4 swf. On pc, survivors play solo survivor. It is really easy. I hope dedicated servers change your mind. You are terrible lol

It's about the information the survivors can exchange between each other. And OoO is by no means a meme perk.
We can hop in a custom match on midwich and you try to hit me with trapper in under five minutes. If you manage to do it, OoO is a meme. xD

Ok. I was just reading through this and wasn’t going to bother saying anything. I have around 1.5k hours playing dbd on ps4 probably about 2/3 of that as killer. Firstly, for the people saying ps4 survivors aren’t nearly as good as pc ones, that is both right and wrong. I would say your average ps4 survivor is more of a potato than an average pc survivor, but I promise you, the very best ps4 survivors can loop just as efficiently as anyone else, and do in fact have enough brain cells to do gens. As for the part about killer being to easy, I was wondering what your experience was like in terms of time played until I saw you say OOO is a meme perk. OoO is arguably the strongest survivor perk, it can be used to gain so much distance on a killer that it makes every chase 10x harder (obviously there are exceptions). You also clearly haven’t played against a top tier efficient swf on ormond (emphasis on efficient and top tier), because it just isn’t realistically possible to win as pig or gf. Sorry for the rant, but this thread just pissed me off

Since no proof that killer is easy I will say this, I always 4k with no blink no perk nurse while using my feet to control my m&k, not to mention without turning my monitor on while drinking hot coffee through my nose.

As a player on both platforms I'll tell you its false, there are boosted apes on both platforms and top notch players on both platforms , I will say hit boxes are more killer side on console that may be where the difference comes in is getting hit 10 ft away from a window to the point the killer has to take 3 or 4 steps just to pick you up

And i think that killer can be as easy as hard depending the survivors
Because good survivors can easily loop some killers around, waisting you a lot of time but the biggest thing is mistakes. You make one mistake you lose so much time (letting gens be done) as you where chasing someone. Thats what makes killer "hard" the fact that you cant do that many mistakes.
Now one other thing, but i dont know tho, is how survivors are on ps4, if they really have the same level over all as pc survivors? Cause that could also explain some stuff since i think there are more people on pc then ps4 ? But i dunno

Tbh with you no I have never played a game of killer on ormond as stupid as that sounds. I've played a lot of games as survivor and killer and rarely get ormond. But OoO in my opinion is honestly a meme perk. I've hardly ever seen anyone use it correctly. I've played a lot of time on this game and honestly, still killer just seems a lot easier to complete the objective than survivor does.

Have you ever played vs OoO on midwitch ? You sound like you didn't since with a good looper that's more then just possible, it's actually the most likely outcome of circling the whole map like 2-3 times and then going for safe pallets and repeat.

The general ps4 population i would imagine are not as good as pc players, but there are still plenty of top tier killers and survivors, just not as many probably

So, you can't 4k with a bad killer in ormond against a top tier SWF and this is supposed to be a problem? Because if pig can 4k easily again this survs every killer is 4k every game

Honestly that a terrible question because midwich just came out and you know how often OoO is ever even used.? I use it as survivor to meme for a good laugh when I'm with a 4 stack of swf....but honestly no one even uses it enough for anybody to actually complain...

You haven’t played on ormond? I really don’t want to make you feel like your opinion is invalid but the fact that there are maps you haven’t even played as killer leaves the impression that you aren’t quite as experienced

I am a rank 1 killer and survivor main lol...been playing since 2016 and I have never played killer on ormond. It's really not that hard to believe beings that ormond hasn't always been in the game. But I'll give you that it's been in the game long enough that I've should have gotten a killer game on ormond by now. Bs is what it is.

there are a lot of variables that go into this. Firstly, when the game spawns in as ormond, the survivors gain an advantage. It’s unfortunate, but some maps are unbalanced in their current state. Next, if the 4 survivors are all in a swf, that is an extra advantage. On top of that, if they are 4 optimal survivors who can all loop well and just do gens rather than heal and hide, that hurts the killer even more. The final straw would be if you are playing someone like clown or other weak killers (without crazy addons) there is just no way you can keep up with the pace they set

I use it often and it's brokenly OP if you know how to use info it gives you even as solo. People don't run OoO because they suck super hard at chases that's why it's rare (also due to beiing paid DLC perk) to see someone use it.
I've played on midwitch vs OoO twice and honestly, don't bother chasing the OoO user if he circles on midwitch. He'll waste a ton of your time for free so be happy you haven't played it yet. It's boring to be forced into 2-3 circels if survivor is bad and into even 5-6 if he's good.

Yep you are absolutely right about killer being easier than it has ever been. A few people on here will agree with you, but most killer mains on here just want to make sure you know that killer is sO sTrEsSfUl. It's definitely not that bad anymore, and usually the times they lose it's because of mistakes THEY made or their loadout but they refuse to accept that. The tryhard SWF squads are people you very rarely come across, most of the time those who claim they see them everyday have no idea what these squads are actually like. The only other thing that justifies their complaints is map RNG. You're not expected to win on maps like Ormond, Haddonfield, Midwich etc unless you're like a nurse or a Spirit.

This is my perspective. Some killers have low skill caps (ghostface, legion spirit, Freddy) and some have high (slinger, hag, huntress, pig, clown and pyramid head).

@Katee_Main I don't think Freddy is OP. He has plenty of counters, you can pre throw pallets and waste a ton of his time, and his snares aren't effective enough to COMPLETELY shut down a loop. He may be easy to play, but not OP.

I would agree with this. Freddy is still counterable, because there’s only so much an m1 killer can do. He is the optimal m1 killer though, and while I don’t think he’s op, he is a bit too strong. For me, I just think he needs a cool down for placing dreams snares or something along those lines

There's no such thing as a hard killer to play. There are skill caps to each killer. Meaning, it might be easy to PLAY them, but hard to master them.

Ormond has been around for about 1,5 years already. You're telling that in 1,5 years you haven't gotten the map as a killer even once? Not once? Just how often did you play killer in the recent two years? Because I've been an on and off player during these years usually not playing even enough matches to get out of green ranks and I still can recall around like 20 matches on that map. If you have even less matches than me that would mean that you hardly played killer in these two years and you most likely currently aren't a very hiigh rank as a killer and are stomping brown-yellow ranks. Your comment about "claudette crouched in a corner" supports that as well.
That's the only conclusion that I can make from your words. You really need to give some videos or a link to a stream if you care to prove otherwise.

It's pretty easy to get to rank 1 killer with Pig and Ghostface.
Let's see you do it with Trapper or Demo.

It depends on the survivors you get. And it is far too easy to rank up as survivor so you’d be surprised how many potatoes you see at red rank
